May 11, 2026"Located on the upper level of Shin Hing St, it's a bit hard to find for the first time. Search for Gough St when you get off from Sheung Wan station, and look for a yellow small entrance by the stairs. As suggested by many, we tried their famous lobster bisque lava croissant, and it didn't disappoint us at all. The bisque was hot and tasty, and the croissant was crispy on the outside, a very interesting combination. The Hanger Steak with Foie Gras was just perfect. Btw, the waitress never asked how we wanted our steak. It came out just the way we like it, about medium. Steak was very tender and juicy, easy to cut. And the Foie Gras was a perfect match with the steak. Lightly seared on the outside, it just melted in the mouth with tons of aroma lingering. Although my wife loved the Wagyu beef cheek with taro, I am not a big fan of its tenderness. The steak was still my favourite so far. With discount, we paid $210 each (with juice or coffee). And with the quality they are offering, I think it's worth a try. And honestly, I will come again."
